Lifetime Upgrade

Here at MAX Diamonds we believe that diamonds are forever…..but that doesn’t mean you can’t upgrade them.

We offer our customers a lifetime upgrade option.

Because we are so confident of the quality of the diamonds we sell, we will happily take any MAX Diamond previously purchased back into stock, so you can credit the cost towards a completely new diamond of equal or greater value at any time. You may choose to upgrade your diamond for a larger size, a higher colour/clarity or a different cut of diamond altogether.

Remodeling Service

Peoples taste change over time, so our design team are more than happy to offer advice on remodelling your existing jewellery to create completely new pieces. We also can repair your jewellery for you if required. We can even melt down your gold and use it to create a new jewellery piece, so that you retain its sentimental value.

Cleaning and Checking

As a customer of MAX Diamonds, you can come in to see us anytime and our qualified staff will inspect and clean your jewellery at no charge.
