We guarantee the quality of the diamonds and jewellery we sell at MAX. We are committed to our description of quality and providing consistently superior gemstones, exquisite design and unparalleled craftsmanship.

MAX does not overstate the grade, or exaggerate the quality of the Diamond we present to you. Our Diamonds are graded in accordance with the strictest standards in the industry, using internationally accepted and recognized grading standards for cut, colour, clarity and carat weight. When purchasing a Certified Diamond, you will receive with purchase your own Diamond Certificate indicating your diamond's exact grades and specifications as well as our "MAX Diamonds Guarantee" In the event the quality of your diamond is in question, it can be sent in for gemmological evaluation. Should the GIA, IGI, GSL, DCLA or the HRD laboratories give a grade that differs by more than one Cut, Colour or Clarity Grade to your diamond, MAX Diamonds will replace your diamond, at no additional cost, with another diamond of the exact or better quality as originally stated. You must present your diamond, in its original mounting, along with sales slip and Diamond Grading Report within SIX months of the purchase date for review.

Note: MAX must unset and later reset the diamond you want the GIA, IGI, GSL, DCLA or the HRD Lab to grade, as they only accept loose diamonds for analysis. You will be charged by Gemmological Labs for their independent grading report.

Craftsmanship

Your MAX jewellery mounting is guaranteed to be free of original manufacturing defects. If a manufacturing defect is found we will repair or replace the mounting, at our discretion, free of charge.

Our Refund Policy

Excluding special orders, if you're not completely satisfied with your diamond, jewellery, purchase, simply return it within 30 days for a full refund of your purchase price.

Price Match Guarantee

If you believe you have found a better price elsewhere, you can still enjoy the benefits and prestige of owning a MAX diamond.

MAX will match or better virtually any certified diamond price offered in Australia.

Insurance Recommendations

Obtaining proper insurance coverage is your number one source of protection. It is extremely important that you insure your Diamond Engagement Ring. You will wear and enjoy your ring everyday; it will naturally be exposed to wear and tear. Insurance will protect you from loss, theft, breakage, chipping or damage to the mounting. Jewellery items that you wear most frequently, as well as pieces with a value of over $1,000, should be scheduled on a separate jewellery insurance policy. Insurance can be obtained from your home/auto provider. If you have any question or need assistance, please feel free to contact us.

Complimentary Insurance Evaluation Documentation

MAX Diamonds will provide you with a written valuation document (on jewellery items purchased at MAX), including updated documentation as required by you or your Insurance Provider, any time. This is done as a complimentary service. We will be happy to inspect and clean your MAX jewellery any time, at no charge to you. It is recommended that you come in to MAX Diamonds to have your jewellery checked and cleaned once every 6 months. Please remember that your fine jewellery is precious; it should be handled with the utmost care. We recommend that your jewellery be stored securely when not being worn.
