We are proud to only source and sell conflict-free diamonds.

A conflict-free diamond means the diamond has been legitimately sourced and ethically traded from a peaceful country, in compliance with United Nations resolutions, where the diamond sale directly benefits the local community. By contrast, unethical diamonds, also known as “conflict diamonds”, are illegally traded to fund wars in some countries within Central and Western Africa.

At MAX Diamonds, we sell fully certified diamonds, meaning every diamond over 0.50 carats is guaranteed for its authenticity with:

• An internationally recognised certificate from one of the top certified diamond authorities – the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), Belgium’s Hoge Raad voor Diamant (HRD), Diamond Certification Laboratory of Australia (DCLA), or the International Gemological Institute (IGI).
• In most cases, a unique identification code that is laser-inscribed on the girdle of the diamond.

Our consultants are trained gemmologists, designers and certified diamond graders. We answer your questions, listen to what you are looking for, go over possible designs with you and give you a brief lesson on diamonds. You can try on different rings, and we can sketch some ideas for you.

But we won’t rush you: you are free to go away to think about it if you’re not ready to make a decision right then and there.
