At MAX Diamonds, we stand by the quality of the diamonds and the jewellery we sell.
We confidently guarantee the grade and quality of all our diamonds for a lifetime; every diamond over 0.50ct comes with an independent diamond certificate indicating the specific grades of your diamond, a certificate guaranteeing its conflict-free trading status and our very own MAX Diamonds guarantee.
At MAX Diamonds, we take great pride in the quality of our jewellery craftsmanship. We guarantee that your ring or jewellery will be completely free of manufacturing defects, otherwise we are happy to repair or replace the mounting, at our discretion, free of charge.
We want you to feel delighted with your jewellery from MAX Diamonds. Excluding special orders, you may return any MAX Diamonds item within 30 days for a full refund if you are not completely satisfied.
Have you found a better price somewhere else in Australia? Tell us about it and we’ll beat it, while ensuring you still have the prestige of a fully guaranteed and authentic diamond under the MAX brand. We pride ourselves on delivering value for money.
We encourage you to insure your diamond jewellery. You wear your engagement ring everyday, exposing it to natural wear and tear. Insurance should cover loss, theft, breakage, chipping or damage to the mounting. Any jewellery worn frequently, and in fact any piece valued at more than $3000, should have its own separate policy.
